Eligibility conditions are as under:
(a) Candidate must be a citizen of India.
(b) Candidate must be a holder of a degree in law, granted by a
University established by law in India.
(c) Candidate must not be more than 35 years of age as on the
last date fxed for receipt of applications.
(d) Candidate must be able to communicate in Nepali, or any
other language of the State.
(e) Candidate must have adequate knowledge Computer
applications to be tested at the time of viva-voce.
How to apply
Application can be sent either by registered post or speed
post but must reach the ofce of the Registrar General on
or before 16.02.2019. Application can also be submitted in
the ofce of the Registrar General during the ofce hours
latest by 16.02.2019 before 2.00 p.m. The application
shall be accompanied by attested copies of the following
testimonials and three recent passport size photographs:
(i) Certifcate of Educational qualifcation, i.e. graduation
degree and degree in law.
(ii) Enrollment Certifcate as Advocate under the
Advocates Act, 1961.
(iii) Proof of date of birth.
