|Pay Scale||Level-07 (Rs.44,900 – 1,42,400/-) as per 7th CPC. (Total emoluments excluding T.A. & HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 44,900/-p.m. plus DA as applicable.)|
|Age||Not exceeding 30 years for General category candidates as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates and not exceeding 33 years for Other Backward Class candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central Government Servant upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. |Essential Qualificaiton (s)|| A. EDUCATIONAL:|
Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution
B. EXPERIENCE: No experience
Note : Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
|Desirable Qualificaiton (s)|| (i) Knowledge of Commercial Law.|
(ii) Experience of conducting Company Law cases
(iii) Government diploma in Company Secretaries.
|Duty(ies)||Legal/administrative in nature. Officer has to do prosecution work against companies in all courts/tribunals of the country.|
|Probation||Two (2) years|
|Head Quarter||Headquarters is New Delhi with All India Service Liability.|
