post-qualification experience in Establishment

possess sound knowledge of DOPT/ DPE
guidelines, GFR, CDA rules, CVC guidelines etc.

minimum 55% marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP in
Human Resource Management with minimum
55% marks. He/she should have minimum 18
years of post qualification work experience in the
Human Resource Management. Degree in Law is
desirable.
