|Essential Qualificaiton (s)|| Educational- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognised university in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or a Degree in Law from a recognised university.|
Note- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Experience- 02 years experience in the field of Labour Welfare Work/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management.

|Duty(ies)|| 1. Handling of Conciliation and Industrial Disputes.|
2. Registering Officer under various Labour Law like Contract Labour Act/Building & Other construction Act/Shops & Establishment Regulation.
3. Conducting of inspection/Prosecutions under various Labour Laws.
4. Authority under Payment of Wages Act.
5. As Beneficiary Registration Officer Under Building and Other Construction workers (RE&CS) Act 1996 has to be conduct awareness camps and responsible for registration of workers under Board.
