| Age | Not exceeding 38 years as on normal closing date for Other Backward Classes candidates. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualificaiton (s) | Educational- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognised university in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or a Degree in Law from a recognised university. Note- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Experience- 02 years experience in the field of Labour Welfare Work/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management. |

Registering Officer under various Labour Law like Contract Labour Act/Building & Other construction Act/Shops & Establishment Regulation. 3. Conducting of inspection/Prosecutions under various Labour Laws. 4. Authority under Payment of Wages Act. 5. As Beneficiary Registration Officer Under Building and Other Construction workers (RE&CS) Act 1996 has to be conduct awareness camps and responsible for registration of workers under Board. |
