applicant with experience of practice at Hon'ble
High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court, and those who are conversant with the use of MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc. will be given preference

Rs.1,00,000/- per month (Consolidated inclusive of all).

Duties and responsibilities of the post
|
Joint
Director Legal (STC) would be responsible for all work relating to legal matters in the Authority and other functions as may be assigned by the
Competent Authority from time to
time.
|
7.
|
Maximum Age
|
Not exceeding 62 years as on the last date of application.
|
8.
|
Period and terms/ conditions of Short
term contract
|
Up to 2 years, with no expectation of renewal.
The appointment shall be on full time basis and the incumbent shall not accept any employment or contract or practice law
during the period of his/ her appointment.
The incumbents shall be subject to the CCS (CCA) Rules as applicable to Short Term Contract employees.
