Applications in the prescribed proforma ) are invited for engagement of consultant in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, New Delhi, as per details given below:-

1.	Name of the Post	Senior Consultant, and Consultant in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, New Delhi
2.	Period of Consultancy	One year from the date of joining.
3.	Age Limit	The maximum age limit of the consultants shall not exceed 40 years for senior Consultant and 30 years for Consultant as on the date of probable engagement. In case of engagement of retired Government officials, the experience at the relevant level is required with maximum age limit of 62 years.
4.	Qualifications/Essential Criteria	Consultants    should     have       at    least   Bachelor degree in Law with minimum post-qualification  experience of ten years for Sr. Consultant and  five     years    for            Consultant.      Knowledge   and experience     in       the     fields        of    Finance, Administration,      and             management      will       be preferred   (for          both     fresh         as                  well    as  retired  employee).
5.	Remuneration                 & Entitlements	Consultant      will       be     paid       a     monthly  consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- in case of Sr. consultant and Rs. 45,000/- for Consultant. No Dearness Allowances or any other allowances are admissible. ·                              Other terms and conditions shall be notified at the time of appointment.
