Applications are invited from candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions as mentioned below for appointment to the post of Presenting Officer in the Pay Matrix 14 of Rs.144200- 218200 (pre-revised pay band of Rs.37400-67000 + GP 10,000) in the National Human Rights Commission by deputation basis :-


By deputation

By deputation' of a Judicial Officer who have held the post of District/Addl. 
District & Sessions Judge/Special Judge for a period of three years. '

Essential Qualification:

Degree in Law

Desirable:-

(i)      Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized university 
or equivalent.
(ii)     A UGC recognized degree/diploma/certificate in human rights
(iii)    Research experience in one of the following fields:
(a) Constitutional Law and its Theory
(b) Human Rights jurisprudence
  1. The Commission is an Autonomous Body and is an eligible office for allotment of Govt. accommodation for the entitled categories from General Pool as per the extent rules. Only serving Officers coming on deputation will be eligible.
  2. The applications of the eligible candidates on deputation basis who can be spared immediately may be furnished in the prescribed Application Form duly certified by the forwarding authority along with attested photocopies of last 5 years APARs and vigilance/disciplinary clearance. Applications not forwarded through proper channel and not in the prescribed proforma shall be summarily rejected.
  3. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation on Foreign Service basis shall be 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
  4. The last date for receipt of application will be 30th January, 2020.
