and
(b) Possessing the following
education qualifications and
experience-
(i) Bachelor Degree in Law from a
recognized University/Institute;
And
(ii) 9 years experience in handling the
legal matters pertaining to contractual
matters/ arbitration/ legislative
matters/land acquisition cases.
