Admission to
- Post Graduate Diploma Course in Medical Law and Ethics
- Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law,
- Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Law,
- Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance Law - 2020
Applications in the prescribed form are invited for admission to the Post Graduate
Diploma Courses in Medical Law and Ethics (PGDMLE), Post Graduate Diploma Courses in
Cyber Law (PGDCL) ,Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Law (PGDBL) and Post Graduate
Diploma in Insurance Law (PGDIL). The number of seats for the courses shall be 50 for each
course. In the present scenario of COVID- 19 Pandemic, the courses will be conducted through
online/recorded classes for the time being. The courses will be spread over a period of one year
with classes being held on holidays and Saturdays
The minimum qualification for admission to PGDMLE shall be a Bachelor's Degree in
any subject of a recognised University. However preference shall be given to those who
possess a Bachelor's Degree in any system of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy,
Hospital Administration or a Bachelor's Degree in Law recognized by NUALS.
The minimum qualification for admission to PGDCL shall be a Bachelor's Degree in
any stream or a Bachelor's Degree in Law recognized by NUALS. Preference shall be given
to those who possess a Degree in Law.
The minimum qualification for admission of PGDBL shall be Bachelor’s Degree in any
subject of a recognised University.
The minimum qualification for admission of PGDIL shall be Bachelor’s Degree in any
subject of a recognised University.
Application form can be downloaded from the University website (www.nuals.ac.in).
A Demand Draft for Rs 500/- (Rs 250/- for SC/ST students) drawn in favour of "THE
REGISTRAR, THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ADVANCED LEGAL STUDIES" on
any scheduled bank payable at Ernakulam, towards Registration Fee shall also be submitted
along with the filled-in application form.
The last date for receipt of filled in applications is 5/09/2020. Self-attested copies of
certificates to prove age, qualifications and experience (10th Standard certificate, Degree
Certificate and Experience certificate) shall be attached along with the application.
Each course will be conducted only if a minimum of 20 candidates join the course.
Incomplete applications and applications without Registration fee will be summarily rejected.
