ENGAGEMENT OF ADDITIONAL PART-TIME LEGAL ADVISOR AND ENGAGEMENT OF PANEL ADVOCATES FOR CIVIL COURT, PUNE AND HIGH COURT, MUMBAI.
ELIGIBILITY FOR PANELADVOCATE:
Advocates having a degree in Law and a minimum practice of
4-7 years are eligible to apply. Advocates having proficiency in
English, knowledge of Cantonment Laws with a higher practice/
the experience will be given preference. The Advocate shall prepare
Para-wise replies/Say/Written Statement and shall attend the
Court on every hearing. Advocates will be responsible for
handling the cases of the Board diligently to secure the interest of
the Board and the Government. The Advocate shall visit the
Of<ce of Pune Cantonment Board at least once in a week. The
Advocate will also attend the Board Meeting if required
concerning any legal issue. The Advocate will not be allowed to
appear against the Pune Cantonment Board/Government.
ELIGIBILITYOFADDITIONALPART-TIME LEGAL ADVISOR:
Advocates having a degree in law with a minimum practice of
4-7 years are eligible to apply. Advocates having proficiency in
English, knowledge of Cantonment Laws with a higher practice/
experience will be given preference. The Legal Advisor will have
to attend the Office on each working day between 10.00 to 1.30.
The Legal Advisor will render advice/opinion to the CEO/Board
and various departments. The Legal Advisor will appear before
Judicial/quasi-judicial authority/AppellateAuthority
