1. Degree in Law with 3 years experience in legal work.
Job Requirement/ Duties of the Post
a) To handle all the legal matters of the office i.e. Appointment of government lawyer. Preparation of draft Para-wise comments of cases, seeking legal opinion from MOL&J of disputed cases, examining court cases and attendance at courts at the time of hearing at Hon’ble CAT/ High Court/Supreme Court & district courts as well as apprise all legal matters to Ministry of Coal and to follow up all legal cases and processing of legal bills raised by advocates.
