We are thrilled to announce the opening of applications for the 'August – November 2024' batch of our esteemed 'on-line' Advanced Certificate Courses at the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies (ICPS). Elevate your understanding and gain in-depth knowledge through our specialized courses:
- Parliamentary Institutions and Procedures (ACC-PIP)
- Constitutional Law (ACC-CL)
- Constitutional Values (ACC-CV)
Last Date for Applying: 30.06.2024 (Sunday)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 50% marks in 12th class/ intermediate
- Those currently pursuing other academic programmes may also enroll in the Advanced Certificate Courses

Duration: 30 hours for each course
No. of Seats: 50 in each course
Schedule:
- On-line classes for the courses will be held on Saturdays.
- On-line classes will commence w.e.f. 3.8.2024 (Saturday)
Course Fee: Rs. 2,500/- for each course
Important:
- Before filling the Application Form, applicants are advised to carefully read the 'Information Brochure for Advanced Certificate Courses' available at the Institute’s Website: ICPS Website.
- Applicants have to fill ONLY ONE Application Form even if they are applying for multiple courses.
- Application Form should not be accompanied by Course Fee; Fees will be realized at the time of admission.
