Notice for Empanelment of Advocate/Law Firm
The Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (AERA), a statutory
body under Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India
intends to engage Advocates/Law firms for defending court cases on behalf of AERA before Hon'ble Supreme Court,
High Court, Tribunal (TDSAT) and
other courts of law/tribunals anywhere in India.
The details of eligibility criteria, terms and conditions and schedule
of fee for empanelment of Advocates/Law firms are
contained in the Guidelines attached herewith at Annex and also available on the Authority's website i.e. http://aera.gov.in .
Interested and eligible Advocate/Sr. Advocate/Law Firm may send/submit
their application in the prescribed proforma
to The Chairperson, Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India, AERA Building, Administrative Complex, Safdarjung
